Do you take walk-ins?

We go by appointment only to limit your wait time when you arrive and to ensure you have enough time with Dr. Leland. You can call our clinic to schedule an appointment the same day if we have availability.

Does Dr. Leland only do vaccinations?

In addition to vaccinations, Dr. Leland provides minor treatments on an out-patient basis. If you dog is sick or has a minor injury, Dr. Leland will treat your pet thoroughly and educate you on how to care for your pet. If it requires more extensive care than what Dr. Leland offers, you will be referred to a trusted animal hospital.

Is there an office visit fee?

No. You will not be charged for an office visit fee. Call our office to receive a quote for the services required for your pet at (210) 923-5721.

How old does my puppy or kitten have to be in order to be vaccinated?

Puppies and kittens can begin receiving vaccinations at 6 weeks of age. Kittens receive a series of vaccinations until they are 12-14 weeks of age. Puppies receive a series of vaccinations until they are 16-17 weeks of age.

Do you offer grooming services?

No. We do not offer grooming services, but we recommend La Paw Spa grooming services local to our location on the southside of San Antonio.

Do you accept Care Credit?

We can only accept a Care Credit MasterCard that has the MasterCard logo on the bottom right corner. Otherwise, we can not process Care Credit.
